1. When a personal
booking for a regular room (without package)*
has to be cancelled... (code: SB-SN-DB-DN-GR)

cancellation policy for groups is different than the personal policy above.
* The cancellation policy
for reservation with packages including activities or
entertainment is different from the regular cancellation policy for
accommodation only.
